The Central Office Division of Right of Way and Utilities is designed to support the Cabinet's mission by working towards the facilitation of road projects.  This is accomplished by actively supporting the work of the District Offices and all project development functions within the Cabinet.

​The utility coordination function is executed in Central office via regional liaisons to the Districts, known as Area Coordinators.  They are valuable resources for project utility matters.  The railroad programs are primarily executed in Central office via Rail Coordinators.  They are a valuable resource for all railroad matters involving the Cabinet Railroad Safety Program or Railroad Coordination involving a Cabinet Project.
