The Office of Human Resource Management comprises three divisions:  Personnel Management, Employee Relations, and Professional Development and Organizational Management. Through these divisions, the office oversees the administration of personnel records, employee benefits, payroll records, Employee Performance Evaluation Program, structural reorganizations, KYTC Policy Manuals Program, and KYTC Forms Program. The office also provides employee training workshops, secures safe and healthful work environments for employees, and ensures regulatory compliance pertaining to personnel-related matters.
