The Division of Program Management processes state and federal funding programming documents and
prepares the KYTC Highway Plan (SYP) and KYTC Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
The division also maintains the Cabinet's Program Delivery Platform (PDP) application and the KYTC Project Managers Toolbox. Other duties performed by the division include creating special ad hoc reports and exhibit maps.
