works with design consultants, district design offices and other divisions within KYTC, checking bid items and codes, standard drawings and receiving utility plans
checks notes and specifications and assuring that plan sets meet the latest standards as set out in the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as well as Design Memorandums
available to assist District Offices and Design Consultants with any issues regarding the procedures for plan submittals to Construction Procurement.
