August 3, 2026 - The letting date has been pushed back to a date to be determined due to Right to Take Challenges continuing in the acquisition process.
May 9, 2025 - The construction letting date has been moved to October 2025.
April 2, 2025 - The anticipated construction letting date has been set for June 26, 2025.
April 1, 2023 - A Preliminary Line & Grade meeting was held on January 25, 2023. Alternates 3A and 2B were chosen for final alignment design for the project. The following deadlines have been scheduled for the remainder of the project:
ROW Plans - October 2023
Final Plans - February 2024
Construction Letting - June 2025
December 2, 2022 - A Public Meeting was held on the evening of December 1, 2022, at the Kirksville Elementary School in Richmond, KY from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
