October 9, 2024 - KYTC and our design consultant, EA Partners, PLC, have completed the Right of Way plans. All of the appraisals have been completed. The right of way acquisitions have begun and will proceed through 2024 and are scheduled to be completed by October 2024. Utility companies have begun their relocation designs and will move impacted utilities over the next year. The project has a tentative construction letting date of February 25, 2025. The project construction will begin once the right-of-way and utility relocations are complete.

The right of way acquisitions have begun and will proceed through 2023 and are scheduled to be completed by February 2024. Utility companies have begun their relocation designs and will be move impacted utilities over the next year. The project has a tentative construction letting date of July 2024, but that date will depend on the funding provided in the 2024 state budget.
