NOTICE: Work Zone Temporary Traffic Management Training
In alignment with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's commitment to safety and compliance, we are pleased to offer a revised training program tailored to meet the requirements outlined in KYTC's Work Zone Policy guidance. As per the policy, all designers involved in project Temporary Traffic Control Plan development or design are required to undergo this approved training. This course is expected to be required for Rural Roadway Design and Urban Roadway Design prequalifications beginning January 2026.
This training aims to equip designers with essential skills and knowledge for effective Work Zone Traffic Management Plan Development, ensuring the designers have the knowledge to develop a plan that is safe for both workers and the public during project execution.
Please note, all classes are capped at 40 attendees and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunch is included with your registration.
