KYTC Division of Planning Data

Access all of the data and tools the KYTC Division of Planning has made available to aid in the design and planning of effective roadways. This includes information on traffic counts, planning highway information, congestion management, traffic forecasting and modeling and more.

REST End Points: Vector - KYTC

This KYTC site offers REST end points to connect and use live data. Use the URL for the individual page representing the data you are wanting. This provides a live feed to the data. The data request formats may include ArcGIS Server, WMS, JSON, or SOAP protocols.

Access these REST endpoints to pull elevation or imagery information for Kentucky. The data can be requested in ArcGIS Server, WMS, JSON, or SOAP protocols.

REST Endpoints: Kentucky Thematic Layers

Access these REST endpoints to pull a wide variety of Kentucky-specific vector (point, line, polygon-based) information, as well as cached imagery and base maps. The data request formats include ArcGIS Server, WMS, JSON, or SOAP protocols. The WMTS protocol is available for all cached map services.
