Bank Street, Portland Avenue, and Northwestern Parkway Planning Study Proj 5-80353.00

The study will identify traffic safety and operational concerns for the Bank Street, Portland Avenue, and Northwestern Parkway corridors from 15th Street to the Shawnee Park Golf Course in the Portland and Shawnee Neighborhoods. The project limits are shown on the study area map.

A public meeting was held on November 20, 2025, to give interested members of the public an opportunity to learn more about the study and offer input. Public comments were accepted through June 21, 2026/

A second public meeting was held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lehmann Hall at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
