Bank Street, Portland Avenue, and Northwestern Parkway Planning Study Proj 5-80353.00

The study will identify traffic safety and operational concerns for the Bank Street, Portland Avenue, and Northwestern Parkway corridors from 15th Street to the Shawnee Park Golf Course in the Portland and Shawnee Neighborhoods. The project limits are shown on the study area map.

The final public meeting was held Aug. 25, 2026, in Lehmann Hall at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
