Interstate 64 lane closures in Jefferson County on August 14

Louisville, KY (August 14, 2018) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a lane closure tomorrow night on Interstate 64 in Jefferson County. KYTC maintenance crews will continue patching the deck of the bridge over Watterson Trail (mile marker 16.4).

The left and center lanes of I-64 East will be closed on Tuesday evening, August 14 between mile markers 16 and 17. Crews will be working at this location from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The lane closure will remain in place until midnight to allow the new concrete to cure.

Patching of the bridge deck in the right lane at this location was performed last week.
