The 2022-2026 version of the Kentucky Traffic Records Strategic Plan includes an accuracy performance measure for the vehicle data system: Percent of vehicle records with no errors in critical data elements. Kentucky is in the process of modernizing its vehicle system, which is scheduled to be operational in 2022, and will include this accuracy performance measure, its baseline value, and the performance measure goal. However, at present, there are not any actual measures or baselines established.
