Does the State reevaluate their crash form at regular intervals?
Please document the State's process for conducting crash form reviews and their frequency. If the State has existing documentation (reports, diagrams, etc.), please submit the relevant document or an excerpt thereof. If the State does not have existing documentation, a brief narrative may be submitted instead.
