Is there a process by which MMUCC is used to help identify what crash data elements and attributes the State collects?

Please demonstrate the State's process for incorporating the latest version of MMUCC into its revisions of the crash system and police crash report. If the State has existing documentation (MMUCC mapping, CDIP report, implementation plan, etc.), please submit the relevant document or an excerpt thereof. If the State does not have existing documentation, a brief narrative describing this may be submitted for partial credit.

Kentucky reports being 88 percent MMUCC compliant and is considering the newer version 5 MMUCC, but has not updated its crash report at this time to the Version 5 MMUCC.
