Interstate 65 in Louisville will close between the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and downtown Louisville (Jefferson Street) from June 1- July 31 to speed progress on replacing 3 aging bridges. The closure will save at least a year of construction restrictions, and a signed detour will be in place. Local street closures and ramp closures will also be needed.

Lane closure scheduled for Mountain Parkway in Powell County JACKSON, KY – Drivers using the westbound lanes of the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway in Powell County should be prepared for a lane closure at Exit 18 near Clay City beginning Monday, July 22. The right lane westbound will be closed so repairs can be made to the KY 1057 overpass. The lane closure is expected to last approximately two weeks. No width restrictions for Mountain Parkway traffic are anticipated. Message boards will be placed approximately a week before the closure begins to inform drivers. No significant delays are expected, but there may be some slight slowdowns during peak travel times. Drivers should reduce their speed as they approach this work zone. --####--
