Interstate 65 in Louisville will close between the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and downtown Louisville (Jefferson Street) from June 1- July 31 to speed progress on replacing 3 aging bridges. The closure will save at least a year of construction restrictions, and a signed detour will be in place. Local street closures and ramp closures will also be needed.

KY 11/KY 15 in Powell County to be closed Saturday, May 9
Access to Red River Gorge will be impacted
JACKSON, KY – In order to install a drainage pipe, the Kentucky Department of Highways plans to close KY 11/KY 15 (Campton Road) in Powell County on Saturday, May 9. The road will be closed to all through traffic from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. at milepoint 4.1, near Slade. This is in the vicinity of the ongoing bridge replacement project at this location.
No detour will be posted, but drivers can use KY 213 and the Mountain Parkway as an alternate route. Motorists who would normally access the Red River Gorge from the Mountain Parkway’s Exit 33 will be unable to do so. They will need to either exit the Mountain Parkway at Exit 22 at Stanton and take KY 213 and KY 11/KY 15 to KY 77, or use Exit 40 at Pine Ridge and take KY 715.
In case of inclement weather, the closure will be postponed until another suitable date.
