US 150 (Broadway) Improvement Project – Project 05-9057.00

Project Info: 

• Highway Safety Improvement Project (HSIP) funded safety project for improvements to U.S. 150 (Broadway) between 9^th Street and Baxter Avenue. 
• Work to include: 
• Asphalt milling & paving 
• Installation of new signage and pavement markings
• Traffic signal rebuilds and modifications
• Construction of concrete medians. 
• Please note: KYTC is partnering with Louisville Metro on the future "Broadway All the Way" project; this project is NOT a part of Broadway All the Way. Please click here for additional details on Louisville Metro's Broadway All the Way Project.

Project Schedule: 

• Construction to begin in Summer 2026. Paving activity and concrete construction are expected to be completed by Late Summer 2026. All other construction activities are expected to be completed by Fall 2026.
• Please note that additional traffic control may be in place after the project completion date due to overlap with the ongoing I-65 bridge repair work.
