Ramp Closure Scheduled for Concrete Slab Replacement on I-264 East in Jefferson County Work to take place this weekend
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (July 24, 2020) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a ramp closure this weekend for concrete slab replacement in Jefferson County. The off-ramp from Interstate 264 East (Watterson Expressway) to southbound U.S. 31 W (Exit 8A) will be closed beginning at 7 p.m. tonight, Friday, July 24. Work is scheduled to complete by 6 a.m. on Monday, July 27.
Motorists can take the following detour to connect to southbound U.S. 31 W:
Continue on I-264 East to exit 9 (Taylor Blvd/KY 1865). Make a left onto KY 1865 to take the westbound I-264 ramp. Take exit 8A for southbound U.S. 31 W (Dixie Hwy).
