Interstate 65 in Louisville will close between the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and downtown Louisville (Jefferson Street) from June 1- July 31 to speed progress on replacing 3 aging bridges. The closure will save at least a year of construction restrictions, and a signed detour will be in place. Local street closures and ramp closures will also be needed.

Portion of KY 389 Closed in Henry County Next Week
Cross drain replacement work scheduled on July 21 LOUISVILLE, KY (July 17, 2020) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a temporary total closure next week on KY 389 (River Road) in Henry County. KYTC maintenance crews will be performing cross drain replacement work on Tuesday, July 21. The road will be closed from mile marker 19.8 (intersection with KY 193) and mile marker 21.7 (Carroll County line) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists can detour the area by taking KY 1361 (Vance Road) to KY 193 (Port Royal Road). Signs in the area will notify drivers of the closure.
