Purpose
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is conducting a planning study to identify potential improvement concepts to reduce congestion and improve safe mobility for all modes on KY 146 between KY 329B and KY 393.
Project Scope
The study will identify short- and long-term improvements that the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (or other agencies) may use for further development and implementation. The list of improvement options will be evaluated and prioritized based on transportation needs, environmental/economic benefits, and impact, benefit/cost, safety, structural needs, and existing pavement conditions.

Upcoming Public Meeting
The first public meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Oldham County Family YMCA (gym), 20 Quality Place, Buckner, KY 40010.
Citizens are invited to attend the open house (no formal presentation) to engage the community and gather feedback on the study.
An online survey will be available through April 10, 2026.
