​Project Description: Reconstruct U.S. 27 in Lincoln County from KY 1247 (mile point 11.169) to Education Way (mile point 15.881) for a total of 4.712 miles.

Project Purpose: Reduce congestion and improve safety, capacity, and mobility.​​
