This Advertising, Proposals and Awards branch main
responsibility is to ensure highway construction projects are in the bid
letting. This branch advertises the letting, builds the proposals and follows
the project through the contract process until the work order is complete and
the project is handed off for Construction.
In addition, this branch reviews all DBE subcontracts
submitted on Federal-aid projects prior to award to ensure project goals are
met and regulations are being followed.
