Interstate 65 in Louisville will close between the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and downtown Louisville (Jefferson Street) from June 1- July 31 to speed progress on replacing 3 aging bridges.
The closure will save at least a year of construction restrictions, and a signed detour will be in place. Local street closures and ramp closures will also be needed.

Motorists should watch for roadside maintenance on interstates/highways throughout the district DAILY. We will send out information to the public if these tasks require significant impacts to traffic.

I-275 CARROLL CROPPER BRIDGE UPDATES

Two seperate projects, steel repairs and zone painting, have been completed on the Carroll Cropper Bridge, which carries I-275 traffic over the Ohio River between Kentucky and Indiana.

Following the final insepction, there may be some corrective work needed to ensure the work meets KYTC standards. If corrective work is needed, it will be performed overnight to minimize any traffic delays.

KY 8 LICKING RIVER BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

​The KY 8 Licking River Bridge between Covington and Newport in Kenton and Campbell counties was closed to all users on Monday, Jan. 12 at 9 a.m. The previous bridge span was demolished using a controlled blast on Monday, March 2, making way for a new signature bridge that will provide a safer crossing for vehicles, pedestrians, bus riders, and bicyclists.

On Thursday, March 5, the Licking River reopened following the contractor's work to remove all portions of the bridge.​

A signed detour is in place utilizing the Girl Scout Bridge (KY 1120/MLK Jr. Blvd./11th Street in Newport). An all-stop condition will be in place at Fourth and Garrard Streets in Covington.

Pedestrians and bicyclists have access to a free shuttle service provided by the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK). This shuttle service is operating seven-days-a-week​ and includes four stops in both Covington and Newport.

Hours of Operation are:
  • Weekdays: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Weekends: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

BOONE AND KENTON COUNTIES

A resurfacing project on several routes in Boone & Kenton Counties is in progress. This project will also include sidewalk ramp reconstruction in various areas, sidewalk/curb repairs, curb box inlet repairs, radar detection at several intersections and the installation of signal head and other various signage. 

The following locations will be resurfaced:

  • COMPLETE: U.S. 42 from east of Ewing Blvd. (14.5 mile point) to Main Street (U.S. 25) (15.28 mile point). ​
  • IN PROGRESS: Dixie Highway (U.S. 25) from north of Dortha Avenue (10.9 mile point) to the Boone/Kenton County line (11.4 mile point).
  • IN PROGRESS: Dixie Highway (U.S. 25) from the Boone/Kenton County line (4.97 mile point) to north of Hallam Avenue (6.26 mile point). 
  • COMPLETE: Dixie Highway (U.S. 25) from north of Marian Drive (8.13 mile point) to Orphanage Road (KY 371) (8.65 mile point).

Curb box inlet repairs have been completed. Crews will continue to work on sidewalk ramp improvements for accessibility on two portions of Dixie Highway. Daytime single lane closures will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Beginning Monday, May 4, crews will be performing base failure repairs in the project area. Motorists should expect various single lane closures between the working hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Weather permitting, this portion of the project is expected to be completed Friday, May 8.


The project also includes a roadway reconfiguration of Dixie Highway from Turfway Road to northeast of Commonwealth Avenue. This portion of the work is currently paused to allow KYTC to reengage with the Cities of Erlanger, Elsmere and Florence. CARROLL AND GALLATIN COUNTIES

  • I-71 – 52.77 – 57.36 mile points – A widening project aimed at reducing congestion and improving safety on I-71 in Carroll and Gallatin counties is in progress. The project will widen I-71 from its configuration of two lanes in each direction, to three lanes.

    Beginning on Wednesday, May 6, crews will perform clearing operations associated with the ongoing I-71 widening project.

    Beginning at 9 a.m., a single lane closure will be in place on I-71 northbound beginning near the Carroll/Gallatin County line extending to west of Sparta Pike (KY 35). The lane is expected to reopen by 3 p.m. daily. 

    Weather permitting, the clearing work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. on Friday, May 8.

    Traffic on I-71 southbound has shifted onto newly constructed pavement in the median area while crews reconstruct the original southbound lanes. During this phase, crews are removing the existing pavement and completing shoulder work on I-71 southbound.

    This widening project includes a bridge replacement over KY 47. The current bridges will be replaced with a new, single span bridge matching the median widening throughout the project area.

    The speed limit in the work zone has been reduced to 55 MPH, and law enforcement will be on-site to ensure compliance. Please, drive carefully throughout the work zone. Weather permitting, the overall project is expected to be completed Nov. 1, 2026. Learn more about the project here.

  • VARIOUS ROUTES: Districtwide striping is now underway. Contractors will be striping various routes within the district: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Harrison, Kenton, Owen, Pendleton, and Robertson. Most work will occur during daytime working hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Routes with higher traffic volume will be completed during nights or weekends to minimize traffic impacts.

    Interstate routes will be completed first followed by primary state routes then secondary routes. Striping is a slow-moving mobile operation. Motorists should slow down and expect slow moving traffic in mobile work zones. Please avoid driving over fresh, wet paint. The project has a completion date of Aug. 15, 2026.

  • ​​U.S. 42 – 0.0 – 5.67 mile points –​ A resurfacing project on U.S. 42 between the Boone/Gallatin County line and Richwood Road is in progress. Crews are completing preliminary tasks ahead of resurfacing including clearing work and signage installation/replacement. ​​ Motorists should expect single lane closures throughout the project area.

    When Boone County Schools are in session, this work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. There are no time restrictions for work when school is out for spring and summer break. Milling and paving operations have not yet been scheduled.

    Weather permitting, this work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.

  • Walton-Verona Road (KY 14)  3.99  8.04 mile points  A maintenance project on Walton-Verona Road is in progress. Crews are performing base failure repairs, milling and paving operations and shoulder repairs from Lebanon-Crittenden Road (KY 491) to Mary Grubbs Highway. Work is expected to take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Expect single lane closures with flaggers guiding traffic safely through the work zone. Weather permitting, this maintenance project is expected to be completed by the end of May.

  • Various Routes –​ A preventive maintenance project is expected to begin on Monday, April 13 on several roads in Boone County. Crews will perform a thinlay surface project on the following roads

  • U.S. 42 from east of Beechwood Lane to just west of Evergreen Drive

  • Weaver Road (KY 842) from east of Tamarack Drive to west of Quinn Drive

  • Quadrant Road from U.S. 42 to Weaver Road

Crack sealing operations are now complete. The area will require a 30-day curing period prior to paving operations. This work has not yet been scheduled. KYTC will advise on the Roadshow once it has been scheduled.

The contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2026; however, the contractor's schedule shows a completion of early July.

  • Richardson Road (KY 842)  0.12 mile point  The bridge east of Dixie Highway (U.S. 25) on Richardson Road at the 0.12 mile point has a weight limit reduction of three tons.

    While the bridge remains safe for vehicular traffic, a recent inspection found some deterioration. KYTC bridge engineering analysis shows the weight limit reduction is needed as a precaution, and to prevent further damage until the bridge can be repaired. KYTC is working with the railroad company to coordinate a repair plan.

    We will provide updates once the bridge repair plan has been scheduled. Prohibited vehicles can detour using Industrial Road (KY 1829) or Mt. Zion Road (KY 536).

Bracken County Header

  • KY 19 – 10.67 – 12.54 mile point – A resurfacing project on a portion of KY 19 beginning at the north end of the Locust Creek Bridge extending north to Asbury Road will begin on Friday, May 1. 

    Weather permitting, on Friday, May 1, crews will begin milling and paving operations within the project limits. This work is expected to take place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Motorists should expect a single lane closure during working hours. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic through the work zone. 

    Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by the end of May.


  • Neave Milford Road (KY 539) – 4.728 – 4.756 mile point – A bridge replacement project on Neave Milford Road in Bracken County is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13.

    The project involves removing the existing bridge deck and beams over Willow Creek near Riley Mill Road, then setting new beams and constructing a new deck. The updated structure will improve safety and reliability for motorists in the area.

    To accommodate the work, the bridge will be closed to traffic during construction beginning Monday, April 13. A signed detour will be in place to guide motorists around the closure utilizing KY 22, KY 10 and KY 19.

    The bridge is expected to reopen to traffic on Monday, Aug. 11. Additional work will continue throughout the project area following the reopening until all project tasks are complete.

    Motorists are encouraged to follow posted signage and use caution in the area. Message boards will be placed near the work zone to advise of the upcoming work.

    The overall project is expected to be completed by Nov. 1, 2026.

  • KY 10  7.73  13.96 mile points  A resurfacing project on a portion of KY 10 from KY 22 to KY 1159 is in progress.

    Paving operations are in progress. Following paving operations, crews will perform shoulder work and install rumble strips and edge line striping. This work will require a single lane closure between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Flaggers will guide traffic safely through the work zone.

    Weather permitting, this project is expected to be completed in early May.


Campbell County RR Title.png

  • Combs-Hehl Bridge – Evening/overnight traffic impacts will be in place on the I-275 Combs-Hehl Bridge beginning Monday, May 4.

    The closures are needed for crews to install permanent pavement striping following a steel repair project completed in late 2025. Due to cold temperatures at the time, permanent striping could not be applied, and temporary markings were put in place.

    Crews will return next week to complete the final striping work.

    Beginning Monday, May 4, through Friday, May 8, lane closures will be in place nightly on the Combs-Hehl Bridge. Work will begin at 8 p.m. with a single lane closure, followed by a double lane closure by 9 p.m. All lanes are expected to reopen by 5 a.m. each morning.

    Crews will work on one direction of traffic at a time. Specific direction and sequencing will vary nightly.

    All work is weather permitting and subject to change. Weather permitting, work is expected to be completed by 5 a.m. on Friday, May 8. 


  • ​Alexandria Pike (U.S. 27)  13.25 – 13. 6 mile points – Beginning Sunday, April 12, crews will work nightly between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as part of the ongoing Cold Spring Pointe Development. This work will take place on U.S. 27 between the southbound off-ramp from the AA Highway to near Autumn Lane. Crews have completed milling/paving operations, installation of thermoplastic striping and delinators still remains, this work is expected completed as weather allow. Expect various single lane closures during working hours. Weather permitting, this permit project is expected to be completed mid-May.

  • Mary Ingles Highway (KY 8) – 2.87 – 4.79 mile point – A resurfacing project on Mary Ingles Highway from the intersection of Industrial Road (KY 8) and KY 445 extending east to just past Maple Road is in progress.

    Base failure repairs and milling/paving operations are complete. 

    A single lane closure will be in place during working hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with flaggers on-site to direct traffic around the work zone. 

    This resurfacing is part of a larger resurfacing project that includes a portion of Grand Avenue (KY 1892) and Memorial Parkway (KY 1120). KYTC will provide updates once that portion of the project has been scheduled.

    Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.


  • E. Alexandria Pike (KY 2925) 0.4 0.6 mile points – ​Due to a slide, a single lane closure is in place on a portion of E. Alexandria Pike, south of Cabin Creek Drive. KYTC crews have installed temporary traffic signals on both sides of the slide to guide motorists through the area using a single, alternating lane of traffic. This configuration will remain in place until further notice.​ KYTC is evaluating the repairs needed and will inform the public of a repair plan at a later date.​​

  • Grand Avenue (KY 1892) – 1.42 – 2.12 mile points – A roadway rehabilitation project on a portion of Grand Avenue is in progress. Crews will be replacing the concrete pavement with asphalt on Grand Avenue from east of Pavilion Parkway (2.12 mile point) to southeast of Churchill Drive (1.42 mile point), a distance of 0.7 miles. Additionally, curb box inlets will be repaired and sidewalks will be improved to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

    On Sunday, May 3, at 9 p​.m., crews performed a traffic switch on Grand Avenue. Westbound lanes will be closed during this phase of construction, and traffic has been shifted to run in both directions on the eastbound side of the roadway. This configuration will allow crews to safely remove the existing concrete pavement.

    As part of this phase, the I-471 northbound off-ramp to Grand Avenue westbound to Newport has been closed. This traffic pattern is expected to remain in place for approximately two weeks. KYTC will provide more information about upcoming traffic impacts as the project progresses.

    Additionally, the sidewalk throughout the project area will be blocked. TANK riders at the Grand Towers stop will continue to utilize the stop at Churchill and Grand Avenue. The I-471 southbound off-ramp to Grand Avenue remains closed.

    Additional phases for this project will include traffic switches, extended ramp closures and various lane closures in the project area. KYTC will provide future traffic impacts via press release, social media and the KYTC District 6 Roadshow.

    Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed Aug. 1, 2026.

Gallatin County Header

  • U.S. 42 -- 9.2 - 11.8 mile points --A tree trimming maintenance project began on Monday, May 11. Crews are working from east of Middleton Road to west of U.S. 127 between the working hours of 8 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. This work will require temporary 15 minute closures in the project area during working hours. Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes. Weather permitting, this project is expected to be completed Friday, May 29.


Grant County Header 
  • Warsaw Road (KY 467) – 3.8 – 9.0 mile points – A safety improvement project on a portion of Warsaw Road is in progress. Work will take place beginning just west of Sipple Road extending to just east of the Huff Road.

    The project includes several upgrades to improve driver safety, such as roadway regrading, signage improvements, guardrail work, tree trimming, cribbing, culvert work and utility relocation.

    A single lane closure will be in place from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flaggers will be on-site to guide traffic through the work zone. 

    Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by July 31, 2026.

  • I-71/75 and I-275 – Skid testing operations on portions of I-71/75 and I-275 is now complete.

  • Various Routes – Two resurfacing projects in Kenton County will begin on Monday, May 4.

    A portion of Staffordsburg Road (KY 536) from Taylor Mill Road (KY 16) (6.08 mile point) extending easterly to Visalia Road (7.37 mile point)

    Rich Road (KY 14) from Madison Pike (KY 17) (3.26 mile point) to Decoursey Pike (KY 177) (8.37 mile point)

    Base failure repairs on the Staffordsburg Road portion of the project are complete.

    Once base failure repairs have cured, crews will return to perform milling operations on Staffordsburg Road on Monday, May 11. Milling operations on Rich Road are tentatively scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 12. Paving will follow, once scheduled we'll provide an update.

    Motorists should expect daytime single lane closures with flaggers guiding traffic through the project limits.

    Weather permitting, this project is expected to be completed June 30, 2026.

  • Turkeyfoot Road (KY 1303) – 2.72 – 4.98 mile point – A resurfacing project on Turkeyfoot Road from just south of Brightleaf Boulevard to just north of Dudley Road is in progress.

    Base failure repairs and traffic sensor installation are complete. Milling/paving work will begin on Tuesday, May 12. This work will occur during evening/overnight hours of 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. to help mitigate traffic impacts.

    Motorists should expect lane closures within the project limits during working hours. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.

    The contract completion date is Nov. 15, 2026; however, the contractor’s schedule shows a completion of Summer 2026.


  • Decoursey Ave./E. 30th St./James Ave. (KY 16) – 15.00 – 15.87 mile point – A resurfacing project on Decoursey Ave./E. 30th St./James Ave. from just south of the railroad crossing near 36th street extending north to Madison Pike (KY 17) is now in progress.

    The project includes resurfacing, curb repairs, sidewalk ramp improvements for accessibility, installation of traffic detectors to enhance traffic flow and the installation of median delineators on a portion of the corridor.

    Crews are performing preliminary work ahead of paving operations, including curb repairs, manhole adjustments and sidewalk ramp improvements to enhance accessibility. Crews will be on-site from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until this phase is complete. While traffic impacts are expected to be minimal during this work, motorists should anticipate shifting lanes with cones and occasional flagging operations.

    Base failure repairs are complete. Milling/paving operations are anticipated to begin on Sunday, May 10. These operations will occur during evening/overnight hours from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. to help mitigate traffic impacts. Motorists should expect lane closures within the project limits during working hours; however, one lane of traffic will be maintained at all times.

    Additionally, crews will install median delineators near the railroad crossing, near 36th street, as part of the project to help improve safety in the area. As the project progresses, various additional work tasks may also occur during daytime hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.​

  • Winston Ave/Decoursey Ave (KY 16) – 14.89 – 14.93 mile point – A roadway rehabilitation project on Winston Ave/Decoursey Ave from just north of Decoursey Ave (KY 177) and West Southern Ave extending to just north on Inez Street is in progress.

    Crews will replace asphalt pavement with concrete on this portion of Winston Ave/Decoursey Ave. Phase one and two of closures required for the work is now complete. Crews are working on some final paving work and final striping within the project limits. Occasional single lane closures may be used to complete the final tasks of the project, flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic when needed.



  • Wayman Branch Road (KY 3716) – 1.1 mile point – A slide repair project on Wayman Branch Road near the 1.1 mile point (near 3151 Wayman Branch road) is now underway. 

    The road is closed to thru traffic at this location. Local traffic will have access up until the construction area.

    Crews are drilling steel into the slide area to shore up the hillside. Once these repairs are complete, KYTC Kenton County maintenance crews will mill/pave the area for a smooth surface.

    Weather permitting, this project is expected to be completed Friday, May 29.

  • Turkeyfoot Road (KY 1303) 1.05  2.71 mile points  A resurfacing project from north of Beechgrove Elementary School to south of Brightleaf Boulevard is in progress. 

    Crack sealing operations are complete. Crews will return to perform paving operations 30 days after crack sealing operations have been completed. 

    Weather permitting, the project has a contract completoin date of Sept. 30, 2026.

  • Highland Pike (KY 1072)  ​0.0  0.73 mile points – A resurfacing project on a portion of Highland Pike from Madison Pike (KY 17) to the roundabout with Magellan Way/Howe Drive is in progress.

    Crews will perform milling operations on Friday, May 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Paving operations are scheduled to begin on Monday, May 11, during evening/overnight hours of 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Motorists should expect lane closures with flaggers guiding traffic safely through the work zone. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction when possible. In the two-lane section, alternating one-​way traffic will be used when necessary.​​

    Weather permitting, the project has a contract completoin date of Sept. 30, 2026

  • Bristow Road/Shaw Road (KY 536) – 2.54 – 4.47 mile points – A widening and safety improvement project on KY 536 from Williamswoods Drive to Madison Pike (KY 17) is in progress. 

    The project includes the following improvements:
    -Widening throughout the project area from two lanes of vehicular traffic, to four lanes, to reduce congestion and improve traffic efficiency
    -A new alignment will be created north of the current KY 536
    -A new bridge will be constructed over the existing Independence Road. This portion will tie back into the current KY 536 at mile point 3.9
    -A multi-use path will be built on both sides of KY 536 to improve bicycle/pedestrian connectivity
    -Curb/gutter improvements along with storm sewer and drainage work

    Additionally, two roundabouts will be built to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion and increase safety. These roundabouts will be located at the following intersections:
    -The intersection of KY 536 and Williamswoods Drive
    -On the newly constructed portion of KY 536 west of Independence Road

    This work may involve several traffic impacts for equipment moving in and out of the work zone.

    The project will require traffic switches, and other new traffic patterns. Prior to these occurring, KYTC will send out an updated press release, as well as a post on social media to inform the public. Message boards will also be in place to warn motorists of any upcoming traffic pattern changes.

  • Access to Royal Drive at Buttermilk Pike (KY 371) – 2.65 mile point – On Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, access to Royal Drive at Buttermilk Pike was closed to motorists until further notice for infrastructure construction and repair.

    A portion of Royal Drive will be restricted to construction traffic only, and detour signs will be posted to guide motorists. Local traffic should plan to use alternate routes.

  • Bristow Road (KY 1303) – 0.0 – 0.92 mile point – A widening and safety improvement project on Bristow Road began in September 2024. Crews will be working on Bristow Road from the KY 536/KY 1303 intersection to the Beechgrove Elementary School.

    The project includes the following improvements:
    -Widening throughout the project area from two lanes of vehicular traffic, to four lanes to reduce congestion and improve traffic efficiency
    -A multi-use path will be built on both sides of Bristow Road to improve bicycle/pedestrian connectivity
    -Curb/gutter improvements along with storm sewer and drainage work. This work will greatly improve drainage in an area that has been prone to flooding

    Additionally, the project will eventually tie into a new roundabout at the KY 536 and KY 1303 intersection improving traffic flow, reducing congestion and increasing safety.

    This work may involve several traffic impacts for equipment moving in and out of the work zone. The project will require traffic switches, and other new traffic patterns. Prior to these occurring, KYTC will send out an updated press release, as well as a post on social media to inform the public. Message boards will also be in place to warn motorists of any upcoming traffic pattern changes.

  • Intersection of Kenton Lands Road (KY 2373) and Dixie Highway (U.S. 25) –​ Intersection improvements are in progress. Most of the work is complete. Once tempertures are warm enough, crews will return to install permanent thermoplastic striping throughout the intersection. We will provide an update once this final portion of the project is scheduled.

    Crews have restriped Kenton Lands Road and the access point to the Kroger development. Striping improvements include dual left turn movements on each side of the intersection. Additionally, split signal phasing has been implemented to allow green time for Kenton Lands Road and the Kroger development separately.

    Weather permitting, this project is expected to be completed by the end of May 2026.

  • Ernstbridge Road (CR 1021)  A bridge replacement project on Ernstbridge Road (CR 1021) is now complete.

  • Mt. Zion Road/Bristow Road (KY 536) ​ 0.96 ​ 2.5 mile points ​ ​A widening and safety improvement project on KY 536 is in progress. Crews will be working on KY 536 from west of the KY 1303 intersection, to west of Williamswoods Drive.

    The project includes the following improvements:
    ​-Widening throughout the project area from two lanes of vehicular traffic, to four lanes, to reduce congestion and improve traffic efficiency
    -A multi-use path will be built on both sides of KY 536 to improve bicycle/pedestrian connectivity
    -Curb/gutter improvements along with storm sewer and drainage work

    Additionally, two roundabouts will be built to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion and increase safety. These roundabouts will be located at the following intersections:
    -KY 536 and KY 1303
    -KY 536 and Hogrefe Road

    This work may involve several traffic impacts for equipment moving in and out of the work zone.

    The project will require traffic switches, and other new traffic patterns. Prior to these occurring, KYTC will send out an updated press release, as well as a post on social media to inform the public. Message boards will also be in place to warn motorists of any upcoming traffic ​pattern changes.

Owen County HeaderNO SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACTS/PROJECTS AT THIS TIME.

Pendleton County Header

  • Milford Road (CR 1110) – 8.177 mile point – A bridge replacement project on Milford Road is in progress. The project involves removing the existing bridge and replacing it with a new structure over Mill Cree​​k located south of the intersection of Brownings Corner Road (CR 1121) and McKinneysburg Road (CR 1117).

    Clearing work is currently underway ahead of the replacement. To accommodate bridge replacement work, the bridge will be closed to traffic during construction beginning Wednesday, May 13. A signed detour will be in place to guide motorists around the closure utilizing Brownings Corner Road (CR 1121) and KY 539.

    The bridge is expected to reopen to traffic on Monday, July 27. Additional work will continue throughout the project area following the reopening until all project tasks are complete.

    The project has a contract completion date of Nov. 1, 2026.

Robertston County Header

  • Oakland Road (KY 165) – 11.78 – 16.34 mile point – A resurfacing project on Oakland Road beginning at Bridgeville Road (KY 845) extending to just south of the Robertson/Bracken County line is in progress.

    Crews have completed milling/paving operations. The installation of rumble strips and edge line striping still remains. A single lane closure will be in place as needed during the working hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with flaggers on-site to direct traffic around the work zone.

    Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by mid-May.
