A portion of I-75 northbound and southbound will be reduced to one lane in Laurel County beginning this evening
MANCHESTER, Ky. (May 29, 2019) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 11 Office advises motorists that a portion of Interstate 75 northbound and southbound at milepoints 48.0-50.2 in Laurel County will be reduced to one lane beginning this evening, and is expected to conclude Friday, May 31.
The lane closures are necessary for contractors to perform crack-sealing operations. The closures will be in effect from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. each day.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expected delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
The date and time could be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
