A portion of I-75 northbound will be reduced to one lane in Whitley County beginning Tuesday, May 21
MANCHESTER, Ky. (May 20, 2019) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 11 Office advises motorists that Interstate 75 northbound at milepoints 19.5-19.8 in Whitley County will be reduced to one lane beginning Tuesday, May 21, and is expected to conclude Thursday, May 23.
KYTC District 11 crews will close the right (slow) lane and right shoulder of this section to perform maintenance operations. The closures will be in effect from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expected delays and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
