New signal to become operational next week at the intersection of U.S. 25 and I-75 Exit 62 ramp in Mt. Vernon
SOMERSET, Ky. (Oct. 15, 2019) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a new traffic signal at the intersection of U.S. 25 and the I-75 northbound exit 62 ramp in Mt.Vernon.
The new signal is currently in flashing mode to allow motorists to become familiar with the signal location. Weather permitting, the signal is expected to become fully operational sometime on the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 22.
Motorists should be prepared for potential changes in traffic flow the signal will bring to this intersection once it is fully activated.
