Web Precon

We are currently using AASHTOware Project Preconstruction v4.5.5 Revision 036.  Contact the Precon Help Desk for any Preconstruction questions or errors.

For a SiteManager new user, an authorized IT requestor will need to submit the request in HEAT at https://itrequest-intranet.kytc.ky.gov/HEAT/Default.aspx using the incident template named SiteManager/LIMS new user request.
For a Preconstruction new user, an authorized IT requestor will need to submit the request in HEAT at https://itrequest-intranet.kytc.ky.gov/HEAT/Default.aspx using the incident template named Precon new user request.
For Access group changes within SiteManager, to an existing user, the user’s supervisor will need to email the SiteManager support team (KYTC.SiteManagerTeam@ky.gov).
