The Cabinet will not add an additional Traffic Control Plan sheet, but will offer the following suggestion for traffic control phasing:
1. Phase 1: Close a portion of the east side of CR 1124 (Legion Road) and construct the proposed full depth pavement in the southeast quadrant of the intersection to widen the east side of the Legion Road entrance and intersection radius.
2. Phase 2: Close the slow lane of US 68 (Martin Luther King Blvd.) and the west side of CR 1124 (Legion Road) and construct the proposed right turn lane and full depth pavement in the southwest quadrant of the intersection to widen the west side of the Legion Road entrance and intersection radius.
3. Phase 3: Construct the final surface under traffic using temporary lane closures and flagging.
