The Operations and Pavement Management Branch collects objective data to measure the condition of KYTC assets, report system performance and analyze maintenance budgetary needs. Programs run within the branch include pavement management, operations management system, maintenance rating program and intelligent transportation systems. The Branch combines data analysis, technology and communication to improve maintenance budgeting processes and management decisions.
