Interstate 65 in Louisville will close between the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and downtown Louisville (Jefferson Street) from June 1- July 31 to speed progress on replacing 3 aging bridges.
The closure will save at least a year of construction restrictions, and a signed detour will be in place. Local street closures and ramp closures will also be needed.

Good news, you won't need to manage a new username or password!

  • Your BOOTS user name / ID is the same as your state e-mail address.
  • As long as you access BOOTS through a state device (computer, iPad, phone) that you are logged in using your @ky.gov credentials you should bypass any separate login for BOOTS.

Access to BOOTS for the FIRST time (only the first time):

For only the FIRST time you access BOOTS as a new licensed user you will need to use this link:

First time new BOOTS user link

That is the only time you should ever need to use that link.

If you receive a notification e-mail about an incident in BOOTS it will arrive from a sender called Notifications@OrigamiRisk.com. It is safe to open any e-mail or link from this address.
