The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will be seeking teams of Contractors and Consultants for an upcoming Best Value Design Build project to construct a new connector road from the KY 9 to the south leg of the intersection of Johns Hill Road and Norse Boulevard. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in partnership with Indiana Department of Transportation is seeking information and suggestions for the solicitation documents and procurement process related to delivery of the I-69 Ohio River Crossing (ORX) Section 2 project. Following the RFI, KYTC intends to issue procurement documents for Section 2 of I-69 ORX with the intention of construction to begin in 2027. Please see the RFI for more information.
