Our guest speaker will be Somerset’s own Shannon Smith who Captain’s the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, a state of the art long range jet that uses composites, 20% greater fuel efficient engines and electronics to provide passengers with a unique flying experience. Shannon is also a unique native of our pilot (and broader) community. He’s flown here for decades and would like to see more of our young people pursue aviation as a career. We are looking forward to an outstanding presentation!
