Roadway Weather​ Team ​

The roadway weather team is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and communicating weather conditions that impact road safety and operations. The team uses data from sensors, forecasts, and field reports to assess current and upcoming conditions such as snow, ice, flooding, or severe storms. Our goal is to improve safety, reduce delays, and help agencies respond efficiently to changing weather on the roadway network by sharing information to the public on GoKY.
