Alice S. Wilson, CPA, Executive Director
 
Alice S. Wilson has been with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet since September 2006 and is the Executive Director of the Office of Audits. In this role, she oversees all audit functions of the Cabinet, including the Division of Audit Services and the Division of Road Fund Audits.  Ms. Wilson’s service prior to joining Transportation included 12 years in the office of the state Auditor of Public Accounts.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brent R. King, CPA, Assistant Director
 
Brent R. King joined the Transportation Cabinet in 2008 and is the Assistant Director of Audit Services. He most recently served as the Internal Audit Supervisor within the Internal Audit Branch.  Prior to his employment with the Cabinet, Mr. King worked for six years with the Auditor of Public Accounts where he performed and supervised financial statement and compliance audits of various state agencies. Prior to becoming a CPA, Brent was a teacher and taught band to students in grades 6 – 12 in the Woodford County School System as well as in a school system in southern Georgia.  Mr. King is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 
Division of Road Fund Audits
 
Randall Royer, Director
 
Randall Royer currently serves as the Director of Road Fund Audits. He is also the interim Chairman for the Kentucky Airport Zoning Commission for the Transportation Cabinet. Randall began his career with state government in 1989. He previously served as a Staff Attorney for the Department of Surface Mining, Environment & Public Protection Cabinet and for the Office of Legal Services in the Transportation Cabinet. Mr. Royer holds a BA in International Relations from U of L as well as a JD from U of L Law School.
