​AASHTOWare Civil Rights and Labor (AWP CRL)

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet introduces a new, free online tool that lets users easily track and confirm payments electronically to ensure federal and state compliance. AASHTOWare Civil Rights and Labor (AWP CRL) is a web-based system customized for prime contractors and subcontractors who work with KYTC.

How Subcontractors Verify Payments in AASHTOWare CRL

In this video:

  • This video shows subcontractors the notification process on when to check if a prime contractor has submitted a payment. Viewers will also learn how to verify the accuracy of the payment.
