Are sample-based audits periodically conducted for crash reports and related database content?
Please demonstrate how sample-based audits of crash reports and related database content are conducted periodically by describing the audit methodology, providing a sample report or other output, and specifying the audits' frequency. Audits should be independent of the normal day-to-day review, but not necessarily conducted by parties outside the department or division of State government that normally reviews the data. If the State does not have existing documentation, a brief narrative may be submitted instead.
