liminary Line & Grade meeting was held on January 25, 2023. Alternates 3A and 2B were chosen for final alignment design for the project. The following deadlines have been scheduled for the remainder of the project:

ting was held on the evening of December 1, 2022, at the Kirksville Elementary School in Richmond, KY from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
