​NOTICE:  Consultant Call For Topics – 2026 Partnering Conference

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), in partnership with ACEC-KY and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is seeking presentation ideas, speakers, and moderators for the 31^st Annual 2026 ACEC-KY/FHWA/KYTC Partnering Conference. This year's conference will be held on September 9-11 at the Central Bank Center in downtown Lexington, KY. This year's theme is “Creating Opportunities from Challenges". The Partnering Conference is most successful when the consulting industry takes ownership of sessions and provides valuable content for attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your firm's successes to Cabinet representatives. In concert with the theme, please consider collaborating with KYTC team members for presentations to highlight examples of successful cross-functional partnerships in Kentucky or with other DOT partners beyond. This call is to recommend any initiative, topic, or issue you would like covered in the breakout sessions on Thursday and/or the general session on Friday.
