​The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) initiated the I-165 New Interchange Study to determine the need for and potential locations of a new interchange along I-165 between Hartford and Owensboro. Five potential interchange locations were identified and conceptual roadway connections to US 231 were developed for each location to evaluate feasibility and cost.
