FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (April 26, 2021) – The Kentucky Department of Highways will temporarily close parts of KY 57 along Cassidy Creek in Nicholas County during daytime work hours Tuesday through Thursday this week for pavement repairs.
Beginning Tuesday, April 27, and continuing 8-3 each day through Thursday, crews will close KY 57 to all thru traffic at several locations between the KY 32 and KY 928 intersections to repave the roadway where drainage pipes were replaced recently. Traffic may use KY 36, KY 32, and KY 928 to navigate around the closure.
Road work schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
