TRAFFIC ADVISORY: KY 158 closure in Fleming County next week
Between KY 3304 and Rock Lick Loop

FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (Sept. 12, 2019) – State highway crews will temporarily close part of KY 158 in Fleming County next week for a highway improvement project.

Beginning about 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, crews will close KY 158 between KY 3304 (Lower Rock Lick Road) and Rock Lick Loop, milepoints 8.9 to 9, to replace two cross drains underneath the highway.

The work will require a road closure day and night for up to four days. Motorists should prepare to take alternate routes -- such as using KY 32 and KY 111 to navigate around the closure -- or detour via KY 3304 and Rock Lick Loop through Friday evening.

No detour signs will be posted, but message boards will be used to notify the traveling public of the road closure and any schedule changes. Crews will work to reopen the road as quickly as possible.
