Traffic Advisory: KY 367 closed Wednesday through Friday for bridge replacement

FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (July 16, 2018) – The temporary closure of KY 367 in Fleming County for a bridge replacement has been postponed. Work will now begin Wednesday this week.

On Wednesday, July 18, about 7:30 a.m., crews will close KY 367 approximately 0.2 miles west of KY 170 to replace a bridge with an aluminum box culvert. The road will remain closed night and day until work is complete, which should be by 3 p.m. Friday, July 20, weather permitting.

Barricades will be placed on KY 367 at KY 170 and KY 888, with only local traffic permitted past those points. No through traffic will be able to pass through the closure. Signs and message boards will be used to inform the public, and traffic can detour around the closure by using KY 170, KY 161, and KY 888.

Road work schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
