Bridging Kentucky Project Starts Tuesday, June 30 in Leslie County

MANCHESTER, Ky. (June 26, 2020) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 11 Office advises motorists that a bridge repair project in Leslie County starts Tuesday, June 30.

During the bridge repair project, traffic will be reduced to one lane and maintained by traffic signals at KY 2431 between mile points 0.00-0.12 (across the bridge in front of the Leslie County High School) and U.S. 421 between mile points 20.5-20.6 (at the intersection of KY 2431).

The bridge repair project is expected to conclude on Friday, Aug. 28.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
