For Phase 2, the Contractor will be allowed 30 calendar days instead of the current 14 calendar days to close the road and complete the tie in of Cedar Creek to newly constructed Beulah Church Road. For Phase 3, the Contractor will be allowed 30 calendar days instead of the current 14 calendar days to complete the tie in of Cedar Creek to Beulah Church Road. For Phase 4, the Contractor will be allowed 30 calendar days instead of the current 14 calendar days to complete the tie in of KY 864/Cooper Chapel Road. Liquidated Damages remain the same for Phases 1-4. For each calendar day (or portion of a day), the road is not reopened to traffic LIQUIDATED DAMAGES will be assessed at $10,000 a day until the road is open to traffic.
