	Who is eligible? Medicaid, Department for the Blind, and Vocational Rehabilitation recipients are transported by the Human Service Delivery Program. What region do I live in? Find your region, then call the broker number for transportation services in your area. How does it work? Recipients needing to schedule transportation services should contact their regional broker during their normal office hours of Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. local time. After hours, paging is available, including Sundays and state holidays, for immediate or "urgent care" transportation. Brokers provide transportation services between 6:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday and between 8:00am and 1:00pm on Saturdays. Urgent Care transportation is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Please schedule at least 72 hours in advance. If you have to cancel your appointment, call your broker.
