The first page of the RFP says the Clarks River Bridge, the map provided shows the project ending at the Middle Fork Clarks River Bridge and the KYTC DMI Route Log lists that those two bridges (which we verified on site visit) are right in that vicinity. The DMI Route Log says that the Middle Fork Clarks River bridge is north of the Clarks River bridge.

Could you verify the following:

1. Are both the Clarks River Bridge and the Middle Fork Clarks River Bridge included in the project area?

2. Which bridge does the project end at?

ANSWER: The project ends at the northernmost bridge, which is the Middle Fork Bridge at MP 5.66.
