The consultant is supposed to provide an environmental overview, so the prequals should be listed for those areas. ANSWER:
Prequalification in environmental areas is required for an environmental
overview. The advertisement has been corrected. 2007-11 Jefferson County 5-344.01 KY 1747 QUESTION: The Bulletin states that the scope of the project is to provide engineering services for Phase II roadway design. Have Phase I plans been developed, If so can the Phase I plans be made available for review ? ANSWER:
Phase
I access control alternates have been developed but a preferred alternate
has not been selected. No Phase I Plans or studies are available to
share at this time. All Phase I work will be available to the selected
consultant before they begin Phase II roadway design. 2007-11 - Oldham County - KY 53 - Item 5-388.00 QUESTION: Because of the environmental services required for the referenced project, and because of the complexity of the project, can one additional page be allowed for the Project Approach?
