They way the RFP was written, it appears this project is the standard length requirements. Please confirm. Answer: Standard number of pages for approach,
resumes and similar projects should be adequate for demonstrating a project teams qualifications on this project.

Answer: Pre-qualification by INDOT will not meet the requirement for KYTC Prequalification. A team must meet the KYTC pre-qualification requirements as stated in the advertisement? 2007-06
QUESTION:
I see the category of Socioeconomic as the label for the environmental
categories, but it was specifically mentioned as one that is required
in the list of bulleted categories. Is prequalification in Socioeconomic
Analysis required for this bulletin? ANSWER:
The Socioeconomic Analysis as listed is a typographical error.
It should be shown as a prequalification requirement on the right hand
side of the table. Since this was discovered so close to the due
date, we will not return any response that does not have this on their
team.
