QUESTION: Regarding Procurement Bulletins that come out while our prequalifications are not current;  Are we still permitted to be on a team of a firm that has the appropriate prequalifications?

ANSWER: Yes, your firm may respond as a sub-consultant, not a prime, on a team the meets all of the prequalification requirement.  If selected, the contract would not be executed until all sub-consultants obtain the necessary prequalifications.
