Department personnel and consultants will be available to show the preferred alternative and answer questions. Handouts, comment sheets and displays will be available at the meeting. Oral and written statements may be submitted during the meetings, as well as at the District Office, and shall be made part of the official meeting record.  A recorder will be made available for those who desire to make oral statements. Project information will be available for review and comments accepted at both KYTC District offices from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., prevailing local time, Monday through Friday until September 14, 2007.  All comments must be submitted to Mr. David Beattie, PO Box 780, Somerset, KY 42502 or at david.beattie@ky.gov  by 4:30 pm on September 14, 2007.

Once compiled, the meeting record and/or other supporting documentation will be made available for review and copying only after an Open Records Request has been received and approved.  All Open Records Requests must be submitted to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Office of Legal Services, 200 Mero Street, Transportation Office Building, Frankfort, Kentucky 40622.
