Registration instructions:

This package is designed to allow one person to register multiple registrants, even if that person is not attending the conference. The following instructions apply to single or multiple registrants.

For each registrant you are registering for:

* Enter all pertinent information as well as any special instructions for each registrant you are registering for
* Select "Add to Cart"
* To enter ANOTHER registrant, select "Register Guest" located just below the 1st registrants name in the shopping cart (see diagram below)

Once you are finished entering registrants, you are ready to check out . In order to check out , you must log in. If you don't have an account already, select "New Visitor Registration" to create an account. You MUST have an account to finalize registration.

* Fill out all pertinent info
* Select "Create Profile"
* Select "Done"

Now log in:

* Enter Email address
* Enter Password
* Select "Go"

If you are ready to finish, select "Check Out".

You may either pay by Credit Card or by being invoiced. Please select the appropriate payment method on this page and fill out all pertinent info.

No matter what method you used for payment, an invoice will be emailed to you. Credit cards will be processed immediately.
